The hotel was super comfy and warm, like a cozy little hideaway. The food in the restaurant was really good and had options for everyone. It's just a short walk to the train station and the town, yet it felt peaceful at night. I stayed just before christmas, and it was nice to see locals coming in for meals too! Definitely a place i'd recommend.
The shower was kinda small and could've been better. I think the water charge was a bit silly considering i didn't even ask for it.

Staff is well-mannered and you can park your car onsite. The breakfast is fresh made, and the location is excellent not far from the centre of Elgin which is an easy walk, a very good restaurant for dinner and Sunninghill solely as a random choice in an attempt to avoid the obvious July tourist magnets.
Couldn't stay longer.

I appreciated how close I was to Cooper Park, just a pleasant 15-minute stroll away, and the fine Elgin Cathedral, only about 1.5 kilometers from my room, making my city walks enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly entertainment options at the hotel.

Amazing stay with really good staff
My recent visit was good! The staff were accommodating and genuinely friendly. I particularly loved the cozy double room with its clean linens and the relaxing atmosphere in the bar and restaurant, where the meals were freshly prepared and delicious. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to diversify the breakfast options a bit more.
